This Agreement governs the collection, use, storage, confidentiality of personal and sensitive information, and the use of cookies related to our services.
1.1 Personal Data – Any information that can identify an individual, including but not limited to name, email, billing details, and IP address. 1.2 Confidential Information – Any non-public information, including customer data, business operations, security measures, and proprietary technology. 1.3 Processing – Any operation performed on Personal Data, such as collection, storage, transfer, or deletion. 1.4 Cookies – Small text files stored on your device that help enhance user experience and analyze website usage.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
